We go directly into the community to connect with individuals living on the streets, in encampments, or temporarily sheltered. Our team provides:
- Hygiene kits (soap, toothbrushes, feminine products, etc.)
- Emergency clothing and blankets
- Bottled water and basic food items
Public Benefits Support
We help unhoused individuals apply for:
- CalFresh (food assistance)
- General Relief
- Medi-Cal
- Social Security benefits
- EBT and ID recovery guidance
Referrals to Local Services
We connect people to:
- Emergency shelters and safe parking programs
- Mental health services
- Substance use treatment centers
- Domestic violence and trauma support
