We are a grassroots outreach nonprofit based in Woodland Hills, California, dedicated to serving the unhoused community across the San Fernando Valley.

 

Founded by Katrina Tate, Hope 4 Every 1 is driven by faith, compassion, and the belief that every person deserves dignity, support, and a second chance.

To uplift and support unhoused individuals in Woodland Hills by providing direct outreach, essential resources, and guidance toward long-term stability.

We envision a community where every person has access to basic necessities, services, and the dignity they deserve.

Meet the Founder

Katrina Tate, Founder & Director

Katrina launched Hope 4 Every 1after witnessing firsthand the growing need for hands-on outreach and support in her community. With a passion for advocacy and services, she leads the organization with a deep commitment to compassion, dignity, and hope.
